“From September 1 to November 21, 2021, 9,344 tons of persimmons and kakis were exported from Georgia at a cost of $ 4.7 million,” - the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture reports.
According to them Ministry, compared to the same period last year, the volume of exported persimmons and kakis increased by 1878 tons (25%), while the value - by 686 thousand US dollars (17%).
During this period, persimmons and kakis were mainly exported to Armenia (3,566 tons), Russia (3,358 tons), Ukraine (2,202 tons), Turkey (108 tons), Kazakhstan (62 tons), Moldova (39 tons).
