"The Georgian hazelnuts are mainly exported to the EU markets - Italy (7,875 tons), Germany (3,555 tons), Spain (547 tons), the Czech Republic (489 tons), Poland (379 tons), Lithuania (349 tons), France (339 tons) , Bulgaria (144 tonnes), Greece (71 tonnes), Latvia (70 tonnes), Estonia (82 tonnes), Belgium (41 tonnes), Hungary (22 tonnes), Croatia (20 tonnes).
The Georgian hazelnuts are exported to: Armenia (1,313 tons), China (785 tons), Russia (422 tons), Ukraine (361 tons), Algeria (241 tons), Saudi Arabia (326 tons), Belarus (251 tons), Iraq ( 168 tons), Switzerland (173 tons), Mexico (120 tons), Canada (120 tons), Argentina (105 tons), Azerbaijan (82 tons), the United Arab Emirates (75 tons), Kazakhstan (45 tons), Turkey ( 92 tons), Uzbekistan (66 tons), Tunisia (27 tons), the United Kingdom (22 tons), Kyrgyzstan (44 tons), Jordan (30 tons),” - the Ministry said in a statement.
