A total of 205,680 international travelers visited Georgia in October 2021, which is 313% more than the same period in 2020 and 69% less than in October of 2019.

International tourists with the most significant increase in October were: Turkey – (+89%); Russia – (+571%); Armenia – (+105%); Georgia (non-resident) – (+231%); Ukraine – (+1,230%); Israel – (+9,134%); Kazakhstan – (+1,250%); Saudi Arabia – (+437,300%); Azerbaijan – (+113%); Poland – (+9,370%).

The National Bank of Georgia reports that Georgia received $886 million in earnings from the tourism sector in January- October of 2021, which is 73.5% more than the same period in 2020.
