According to the Ministry, compared to the same period last year, the volume of the exported apples decreased by 6,012 tons (55%), while the value - by 1.6 million USD (33%). 

"During the reporting period, against the background of the decline in apple exports, the export price increased by 49%. From August 1, 2021 through February 6, 2022, apples were almost completely exported to the Russian Federation (4,922 tons), and 6 tons of apples were exported to Armenia," - the statement said.
