
According to the TBC Capital research, the prices of apartments for sale and rent in Tbilisi have increased, while sales have decreased.
"In July 2023, 3,336 transactions were recorded in Tbilisi, which is 2% less than the figure of the same period of the previous year.
The average selling price remained practically unchanged compared to the previous month and amounted to $1,164 per square meter, and increased by 22% year-on-year.
The rental price per square meter equaled $13.1, which is 5% higher than the figure recorded in the previous month, and 48% higher than July 2022.
On a monthly basis, against the background of a decrease in transactions, the market volume decreased by 9% compared to June and amounted to $255 million. A 18% growth was recorded in annual terms," - the study says.
