Amount of Georgia’s foreign debt decreased

The statistical indicators posted on the website of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia show that as of September 1, 2022, the foreign debt of Georgia reaches $7,691,795, the figure has decreased by $92,349,000 in one month, and by $355,921,000 annually.
The biggest creditors of the country are international banks: the Asian Development Bank, the European Investment Bank, the EBRD, as well as the World Bank and international organizations included in its group.
In addition to the international financial institutions, Georgia has bilateral creditor countries, as well as 500 million Eurobonds.
