According to the data published by the Georgian National Statistics Office (GEOSTAT), in 8 months this year, Georgia purchased products worth of 36,191 million US dollars, in the same period of the previous year - 28,451 million US dollars, in January-August 2020 - 23,535 million US dollars, while in the same period of 2019 - 27,434 million US dollars.
In addition, it should be noted that almost half of the chocolate was imported from Russia this year, Turkey ranked 2nd and Ukraine ranked 3rd.

1.Russia - $16,078 million
2. Turkey - $7.025 million
3. Ukraine - $4,382 million
4. Belgium - $2.429 million
5. Italy - $1,140 million
6. Germany - $913.1 thousand
7. Armenia - $664.2 thousand
8. Poland - $622.4 thousand
9. The Netherlands - $619.8 thousand
