Another airline is starting to operate in the aviation market of Georgia. According to the application submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency, from October 27 of this year, Greek Sky Express will perform regular flights on the Athens-Tbilisi-Athens routes. Flights will be carried out three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, with an Airbus 320 aircraft.
On September 24, the Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia granted the necessary permission to the airline for regular aviation traffic.
As of today, flights between Georgia and Greece are operated by Aegean Airlines and Wizz Air, from Athens and Thessaloniki to Tbilisi and Kutaisi.
