Heidi Grau, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to Georgia, attended the event marking the Edelweiss airline’s inaugural flight at Tbilisi International Airport.

In her remarks, Grau stated that “Today is the most important and historic day in the relations between the two countries.”

“Today is a historic day. After nearly 25 years, we now have a Swiss commercial airline in Georgia, which landed in Tbilisi today. I am very happy, and I hope that many Georgian citizens will use this opportunity to visit Switzerland,” Heidi Grau added.
