Natia Turnava, Acting President of the National Bank of Georgia, engaged with prominent investors from Central and Eastern Europe during her visit to Austria. The meeting, organized by Raiffeisen Bank in Vienna, was attended by the representatives from over 25 investment funds.
During the event, the Acting President presented Georgia’s stable macroeconomic situation and favorable investment environment to both current and potential investors. In her address, Turnava highlighted the country’s strengthened macroeconomic and financial stability, as well as its successful policy in reducing dollarization - an essential factor for ensuring price stability and fostering the development of the financial sector.
Turnava emphasized the high level of interest in Georgia, noting that the participation of over 25 institutional investors, funds, and various investment groups underscores the country's attractiveness to investors.
Ekaterine Guntsadze, Deputy Minister of Finance of Georgia, also participated in the investor meeting.
