About 70 speakers from 20 countries worldwide are participating in the international conference "Perception of Caucasus in Myths and Literature from Antiquity till Contemporaneity", which is being held at Tbilisi State University.
Georgian and foreign scientists discuss the ancient historical and cultural connections of the Caucasus in general and Georgia in particular with the ancient world, that is, with the foundations of European civilization. This is important not only from a scientific point of view, but also from a socio-political point of view, as an important scientific tool on the path of Georgia's Euro-Atlantic integration.
