“As of July 1, 153 medical personnel have died of coronavirus,” - the report published by the National Center for Disease Control reads.
According to the report, lethality among infected women working in medical institutions was 0.4% and among men - 1.4%.
Additionally, it is noted that various accompanying chronic diseases were noted in 53 fatal cases (34.6%), among which cardiovascular diseases made up the majority. Among the deceased, respiratory system diseases were recorded as complications in most cases.
