
This year, according to the data of 6 months, 440.6 tons (3 million US dollars) of Georgian blueberries, cranberries and other types of berries were exported, which is 53.15 tons (139 cups of US dollars) less than the volume reported last year. As noted on the exchange trade portal of the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat), in January-June 2021, 493.81 tons (3.139 million USD) of products were exported from the country.
It should be noted that Russia is still the main trade partner of Georgia in the export of berries this year. In particular, 91.6% of the products were exported from Georgia to Russia.

Russia - 403.6 tons ($ 2,634 million)
Armenia - 20.9 tons ($ 210.1 thousand)
United Arab Emirates - 10.04 tons ($ 78.7 thousand)
Germany - 1.5 tons ($ 34 thousand)
Kuwait - 1.4 tons ($ 14.2 thousand)
In addition, the product was exported in a small volume: to Qatar, Bahrain, India and Japan.
