According to Galt & Taggart’s August survey, 83% of apartments in Tbilisi residential projects set for 2025 completion have already been sold, with most purchases made through internal installment plans offered by developers.

The survey, covering over 130 projects and 45% of the primary market, also found that 52% of units in developments scheduled for 2026 and 2027–28 have been sold.
