During the 7 months of 2023, 19,392 tons of tomatoes worth 8,061,790 USD were imported into Georgia.
The largest amount of tomatoes imported from Turkey was 19,161 tons worth 7,949,470 USD. In second place is Iranian tomatoes at USD 70,740 for 154 tons. Azerbaijan ranks 3rd with 14,970 US dollars for 39 tons. Egypt (13,130 USD for 9 tons) and Syria (23 tons for 8,910 USD) are also in the top five.
