The Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Levan Davitashvili attended the presentation of the new project - Central Park Towers, which is being implemented by Orbi Group on Kazbegi Avenue in Tbilisi. Within the framework of the presentation, a cooperation agreement signing ceremony was also held between the company and the international hotel operator Radison Blue - Central Park Towers is a hub of 1,500-room, twenty-five five-star hotels, where 150 rooms will be operated by Radisson Blue.
"It should be noted that projects of this type are not only significant from the point of view of investment, but also create new centers of attraction for tourism, as this is a hotel cluster. In itself, this is an original project and will be implemented for the first time in Georgia - ten different hotels under different owners will be present next to one branded hotel Radisson Blu, but here there will be united, common multifunctional spaces that guests can use. I think this innovative project will create a new attraction and bring new tourist flows to the country,” – Levan Davitashvili noted.
"Orbi Group General Director Irakli Kverghelidze introduced the concept and infrastructural details of the project as well as the progress of the work process to the Minister of Economy. According to him, the project will house the largest event hall in the region for 2500 people, the largest casino in Georgia, the first mall of luxury brands.
