The judge of the Tbilisi City Court made a decision, according to which the ex-president, Mikheil Saakashvili, will have the opportunity to participate in the court session scheduled for December 14 remotely.
As Mikheil Saakashvili's lawyer Shalva Khachapuridze stated, they are now waiting for the permission from the Vivamedi clinic.
Shalva Khachapuridze stated the answer from the clinic would become known during the day.
To be informed, the trial of Mikheil Saakashvili will be held on December 14, at 11:00. Witnesses will also be questioned at the session.
