The State Inspector's Office has launched interrogations into the possible inhumane treatment of the third president, Mikheil Saakashvili. The agency is will interrogate Dr. Zurab Paghava, who participated in a council set up by the Ministry of Justice to monitor Mikheil Saakashvili's health condition.
The questions of the investigators of the State Inspector's Office are now being answered by an employee of Gldani Prison.
An employee of Rustavi "Zone" has already responded to questions of the investigation. According to him, he works in the "zone" and not in prison. Therefore, he had no contact with Mikheil Saakashvili, including during his transfer from Rustavi Prison to Gldani Prison Clinic.
"I was summoned by mistake, I am working on the "zone". I was called by mistake. The prison in Rustavi is somewhere else, the "zone' is somewhere else", - said an employee of the Rustavi "zone" and noted that he went to the State Inspector's Office to find out why he had been summoned in connection with the case.
