
On March 5, non-resident ambassadors accredited to Georgia visited the village of Odzisi, located near the occupation line, to assess the on-the-ground situation, as reported by the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
The ministry stated that the diplomats were briefed on the current conditions in the occupied territories and the humanitarian challenges faced by the local population.
The delegation included ambassadors from Belgium, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Cambodia, Tajikistan, Guatemala, the Philippines, Pakistan, Somalia, Burundi, and Mali.
Before the visit, the ambassadors presented copies of their credentials to Georgian Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Giorgi Zurabashvili and Khatuna Totladze.
