
The Georgian National Tourism Administration is participating in FITUR 2025, one of the world’s largest international tourism exhibitions, which is being held in Madrid, Spain, as reported by the Administration.
Maia Omiadze, the head of the Georgian National Tourism Administration, is attending the event and took part in a session organized by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), where tourism ministers from various countries were in attendance. During the exhibition, Zurab Pololikashvili, the Secretary-General of the UNWTO, visited the Georgian stand at FITUR 2025.
According to the National Tourism Administration, visitors to the Georgian stand will have the opportunity to explore a variety of Georgian tourism destinations, sample Georgian cuisine, and enjoy Georgian wine throughout the five-day exhibition.
FITUR 2025 is hosting representatives from 152 countries, with approximately 10,000 companies and organizations participating. The exhibition is expected to draw over 153,000 visitors.
