The largest international brand Diplomat Global and Badagoni Wine Company are expected to merge.

As it became known to the information agency Spacenews, on October 6, for this purpose, a Diplomat Georgia representative conducted the so-called team building event at the Badagoni winery located in Kakheti region. The unprecedented event was attended by about 800 employees of this largest Israeli brand.

As Spacenews reported, the purpose of today's event is to get acquainted with the employees of Diplomat Global and Badagoni and establish a unified company spirit.

Additionally, the mentioned meeting is a preparatory stage for an unprecedented business merger planned in the business history of Georgia, as a result of which, the largest Israeli international brand will become a full-fledged co-owner of the Badagoni Wine Company.
