On August 15, the courtyard of the Black Sea Arena will host a concert by L'Impératrice.
L'Impératrice is a French disco-pop band founded in 2012. Music created by combining modern disco and French pop has made L'Impératrice popular around the world and formed it as one of the most famous bands of modern times. The band members do not hide the fact that their main source of inspiration was Daft Punk.
In its nine years of existence, L'Impératrice has recorded two albums and several mini-albums. The singles Sonate Pacifique and Agitations Tropicales were especially successful for the French band.
The band's latest work, Tako Tsubo, was released in 2021 and has deserved positive reviews from critics. Within the tour announced by this album, the band will visit Georgia and hold a concert in the courtyard of the Black Sea Arena on the Front Stage.
Tickets for L'Impératrice can be purchased through the Arena website from 12:00 on 2 May. You can buy a ticket for the first basket for 80 GEL, a ticket for the second basket for 100 GEL, and at the door -for 120 GEL.
The Black Sea Arena is the largest concert arena and multifunctional space in the Caucasus. It is located on the Black Sea coast, in Guria. The construction of the hall started in 2008 at the initiative of the Cartu Foundation and was officially opened in 2016 with a concert by Christina Aguilera. In recent years, the Concert Hall has hosted stars from the international music scene, including Aerosmith, The Scorpions, Elton John, Robert Plant, Ennio Morricone, Black Eyed Peas, Jessie J, and Thirty Seconds to Mars. At the same time, the Black Sea Arena also actively provides its scene to the representatives of the local art space, thus trying to make a significant contribution to the development of the Georgian culture.
